1. Who We Are
Digitalx Group (Pty) Ltd ("Digitalx", "we", "us") is a South African registered company (Reg 2019/454913/07) providing business technology, digital marketing and advertising services, headquartered in Cape Town. We operate digitalxagency.io and 14 African country subdirectories. We are committed to full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
2. Information We Collect
- ✓Contact details: name, email, phone, business name and country — collected when you submit an enquiry, request a quote or sign up for communications.
- ✓Service delivery data: technical details, credentials and system information required to deliver contracted services.
- ✓Website analytics: IP address, browser, pages visited and session data via Google Analytics (G-XGBKWVM0MD) and Google Ads (AW-16914762309).
- ✓Communication records: emails, WhatsApp messages and call logs relating to your enquiry or service.
- ✓Billing details: invoicing information. We do not store card numbers — payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

5. Data Security and Retention
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We retain client records for 7 years (SARS), enquiry records for 24 months, and marketing contact records until consent is withdrawn.
